What Does This Mean?
From the day your order is delivered, you have 7 days (168 hours) to check the product for any internal or operational issues.
If the product is damaged on delivery, you must report it within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement.
If the product is faulty or the wrong item was delivered, you are fully covered under this policy.

When Can You Claim a Replacement?
You can request a replacement in two cases:
You received the wrong product.
The product delivered has a manufacturing defect or issue.
Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for replacement, please ensure that:
The product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered.
The original packaging, manufacturer’s box, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are returned with the product.
Nothing is missing, marked, or defaced.
If these conditions are met, Mobimart will replace the product for you after verifying your claim.
Jurisdiction
In case of disputes, customers may send legal notices to:

All cases will be handled in the Consumer Court of Sahiwal under applicable laws. If a false claim is proven in court, Mobimart reserves the right to recover legal costs from the customer.
Limited Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mobimart and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages (including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data) resulting from the use of our services.
Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved under the Arbitration Act 1940, with arbitration taking place in Sahiwal.
